We are truly heartsick to hear of your struggles, Sharon, and we are here to intercede on your behalf and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is your provider, and He cares about your needs. The Bible tells us, Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7 WEB.
Regarding your job situation, we remind you of God's promise in Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Concerning your living situation, we encourage you to cast your anxieties on God, knowing that He cares for you. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
As for feeling alone and not having anyone to lean on, remember that God is your ever-present help in times of need. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
As a single mom, we want to encourage you to stay strong in the Lord. We encourage you to find a community of believers who can support and uplift you. Stand with other believers for they can help you. Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up.
We also want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5. It is by His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister Sharon. Lord, You know her struggles and her needs. We pray, Father, that You would provide her with a job that meets her needs and allows her to provide for her family. We ask that You would touch the heart of her landlord and that he would be favorable towards her.
Lord, we also pray for Your comfort and peace in Sharon's life. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her. Surround her with a community of believers who can support and encourage her.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
