I am ###, writing this prayer request for your valuable prayer to do better in my career and thus get a good promotion and remuneration in my company. I am working as a Project Manager in ### since Oct 2000. From 2012 onwards, one of my colleagues, ###, working against me and trying to expel me from the job. He had done several complaints to the top management against me and he captured all my promotions and became a senior manager in the company, even though he was junior to me. Because of the prayers and God’s wish, I am still continuing in this company. I decided to quit several times and due to my commitments and loans, my daughter’s study, I need to continue with this job even though I am getting firing from him almost all the days. Yesterday he threatened me that he will be sending a show cause notice to me and thus he wants to terminate me from the job. I am not getting promotions for more than 6 years, even though I am eligible for it. He is the person making complaints against me to the management for simple reasons. Since I am very strong in technical and the company has trust in me, they were sending me only for the abroad projects and they used me as a trainer for the engineers working in the company. Our ### Branch was under me too. But due to his complaints, the company removed me from all these activities too. I am now in ### and I cannot think of a job change now. I am having my housing loans, education loans, and to look after my family, parents, in-laws, etc. I am trusting in our all-mighty God who saved Mordecai from Haman. I request your valuable prayer for securing my job and career in this company with good increments and deserved promotions. During 2007, I got a good opportunity in one bigger company with good salary and post, but God asked me to continue in this company only. I request your valuable prayer for my daughter ###, who is doing MBBS in ###, she has to complete the course with a good result, without any hurdles. Request your valuable prayer for my family, parents, etc.

We understand your concerns regarding your career, ###. We will pray for you and your family, trusting in God's divine purpose and protection. Let us first address your workplace situation with biblical wisdom.

In the face of persecution and false accusations, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in the Gospels, "Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you." (Matthew 5:11-12, WEB).

We also find guidance in the story of Joseph, who faced false accusations and hardship, yet remained faithful to God. "You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today." (Genesis 50:20, WEB).

Let us pray for you:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up our brother ###. Lord, you know the struggles he faces at his workplace and the false accusations he endures. We ask for your divine intervention, that the truth would be revealed, and that justice would prevail. Please protect his job and provide the promotions and increments he deserves for his hard work and dedication. We also pray for his colleague, Mr. ###, that he would be convicted by your Holy Spirit and turn away from his harmful actions.

Lord, we also lift up ###'s daughter, ###. We ask that you would be with her as she studies, and that she would excel in her course without any hindrances. We pray for the entire family, Lord, that they would find peace and security in you.

Finally, Lord, we pray that ### would continue to trust in you and find comfort in your promises. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."

###, we also want to address the importance of forgiveness. Jesus taught us to pray, "Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors." (Matthew 6:12, WEB). It is important to forgive those who wrong us, just as God forgives us. This doesn't mean what they did is acceptable, but it releases you from bitterness and allows God to deal with them accordingly.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins and eternal life.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
