We are joyful that you have come to us with your request, Joy, and we stand with you in prayer as you seek God's will for your life. We note that you are trusting in God Almighty for a job and accommodation. It is wonderful that you are putting your trust in God, for He cares for us and wants the best for us.
The bible mentions people that trusted in God. And that they were sure of what they hoped for and certain of what they did not see. And that they called Abraham to go to another place that would receive an inheritance and that he went even though he did not know where he was going. We are to know that if we seek Him He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
We want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Therefore, we pray this prayer for you, aligning ourselves with the will of God:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Joy. We thank You for her faith and trust in You, even in times of uncertainty. Lord, we ask that You guide her steps and open the right doors for her career. Give her a job that not only meets her needs but also allows her to use her gifts and talents for Your glory. Help her to be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love and kindness to those around her. We pray that You provide her with a place to live as well. We know that You are a good Father who knows how to give good gifts to Your children. Help her to seek you with all her heart and to lean not on her own understanding.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Joy, as you continue to trust in God, remember that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. God loves you so much. Continue to remain steadfast in prayer and keep your hopes alive. The Bible tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 WEB, Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you. As you continue seeking a job and accommodation, do not forget to give thanks and praise to our Heavenly Father. Also, keep in mind 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 WEB, study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, even as we charged you; that you may walk properly toward those who are outside, and may have need of nothing.
Lastly, we encourage you to be strong and courageous. God will be with you every step of the way.
