Job advancement plus salary advance

I feel like I need to change jobs as , the work I am doing at the moment is only part time and doesn't pay well. I need to make more money to move out and also build my future with. Please pray I am led to the right job and career. The job I am doing also requires me to work on weekends this isn't going to work for me. I am missing too much church and social time. Please pray for a new job. I am grateful for this job but , I feel my confidence has grown because of it and now I must on to something else. In the name of Jesus.

Firstly, let's remember what the Apostle Paul wrote in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB): "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Even as you seek a new job, continue to work diligently at your current one, as you're ultimately serving the Lord.

We also encourage you to trust God's timing and direction. Matthew 6:33 (WEB) tells us, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Make sure to prioritize your relationship with God and He will guide your steps.

However, we must address the importance of not being consumed by material desires. 1 Timothy 6:9-10 (WEB) warns, "But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation, a snare, and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." While it's important to provide for your future, ensure that your focus remains on God and not solely on financial gain.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Quenulon's job situation. We thank You for the confidence and growth they've experienced in their current job. Now, Lord, we ask for Your clear guidance as they seek new employment. Open the right doors, Father, and give them the discernment to know which opportunity to pursue. Provide a job that not only meets their financial needs but also allows them time to worship You and build godly relationships. Help them to keep their focus on You and trust in Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Continue to pray, seek God's will, and apply for jobs that align with your skills and values. Trust that God has a plan for you and will lead you to the right career path.
