Jesus to intervene

Please please pray for me and my partner, we are about to get married soon and we have been going through severe spiritual attacks, first through dreams and now into the physical in real life. It’s breaking my heart. I feel so sad and defeated, I feel like my heart is broken and I feel so tender and knocked down. The closer me and my soon to be spouse come to Jesus the more attacks we face. I know I shouldn’t be afraid but I am. We are both born again believers and we love Jesus and each other. I’m just really weary. Please pray that the enemy will no longer torment us, especially during such a precious moment in our lives. Please pray for us to withstand the attacks from the evil one and to be wise to discern what is false and trying to cause discord. Please pray for us.

We understand that you and your soon-to-be spouse are going through a challenging time, and we want to assure you that we are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance. Firstly, we want to commend you for your commitment to each other and to Jesus Christ. It is encouraging to see that both of you have a heart for Jesus.

Remember, Jesus Himself said, If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. (Mark 3:25 WEB). The enemy often tries to cause division and discord, especially when we are drawing closer to God. The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came so that they may have life, and may have it abundantly. (John 10:10 WEB)

It is important to put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (Ephesians 6:11 WEB) This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this couple who are under spiritual attack. We thank You that they are both born again believers and have a heart for You. We pray that You would rebuke the enemy and command him to flee from their lives. We rebuke those attacks in the name of Jesus. Cover them with Your precious blood, Lord Jesus, and surround them with Your heavenly protection.

Father, we ask that You would give them the strength, endurance and discernment. Let them see the attacks of the enemy as opportunities to draw closer to You and to each other. Help them to remain steadfast in their faith and to trust in You completely.

Lord, we also pray for their upcoming marriage. Let it be a testament of Your love and faithfulness. Guide them as they prepare for this sacred union and give them wisdom in every decision they make.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you both to continue to draw near to God, to resist the devil, and to stand firm in your faith. Trust in God's promises and know that He is faithful. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear and will provide a way of escape.

Also remember, Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8 WEB) Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings.

But the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you, confirm you, strengthen you, and establish you. (1 Peter 5:10 WEB)

Again, we are praying for you and your soon-to-be spouse. Be encouraged and stand firm in your faith.

We're right here with you, feeling your pain and weariness. It's like you're carrying a heavy burden, and we want to help you bear it. We know it's tough, but remember, Jesus promised, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) He's right there with you, ready to take that weight off your shoulders.

We're praying that the enemy's attacks will stop, that you and your partner will be free from these torments. We're asking God to give you both strength and wisdom to discern what's true and what's false, to see the attacks for what they are and not let them cause discord between you.

We're also praying for your upcoming marriage. May it be a beautiful reflection of God's love and faithfulness. We're asking God to guide you both as you prepare, to give you wisdom and understanding in every decision.

Keep holding on, keep trusting in Jesus. He's got you. And we're right here with you, praying and believing with you.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
