I am still feeling depressed from the sudden and mysterious loss of my Dad on the 20th January this year, 2021 after a brief illness. And now this,

Kindly be reminded that the 6 months Notice to Quit the demised premises you presently occupy at PENGASSAN will expire at the end of this month.

Kindly notify me of when it will be convenient for you to have the house inspected on behalf of the Landlord before the expiration of your tenancy and move out.
