We understand that you're facing a multitude of challenges right now, CDuncha, from financial debts to legal issues, and even threats from others. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.
First, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved and can pray to God. As it is written,

It is very important to be honest in our dealings especially with finances. If we have debt that we owe, then we should pay it back honestly as we work and make a living.

It is also very important to not be a borrower or live in constant debt. But rather work hard for what we need.
The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender. - Proverbs 22:7 WEB
Regarding the people who are against you, Jesus tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Vengeance is not ours to take, but the Lord's.
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. - Matthew 5:44 WEB
Don't return evil for evil, or insult for insult; but, on the contrary, blessing, knowing that to this were you called, that you may inherit a blessing. - 1 Peter 3:9 WEB

We pray for your divine intervention in their financial difficulties, that you would provide for their needs and help them honestly work and pay off their debts according to your word and will. We pray for your protection over CDuncha and their family, that you would shield them from those who seek to harm them, and turn the hearts of their enemies to peace. We also pray in Jesus name for their marriage and family. We ask God that you would heal this family and restore love, peace, and joy to them.
We ask that the outcome of the court case would be honest and just, and that your sovereignty would reign over it.
