We understand that you're facing a multitude of challenges right now, ###, from financial debts to legal issues, and even threats from others. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.
First, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved and can pray to God. As it is written,

It is very important to be honest in our dealings especially with finances. If we have debt that we owe, then we should pay it back honestly as we work and make a living.

It is also very important to not be a borrower or live in constant debt. But rather work hard for what we need.

Regarding the people who are against you, Jesus tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Vengeance is not ours to take, but the Lord's.
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. - Matthew 5:44 WEB
