Jesus please let me get better. I am so sick. Please do not let there be school today. My son needs to catch up on his work and I need more rest. Please let the weather change from rain to snow, and school go from late to closed. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up the prayer request of needhelpsobad48. Lord, we ask for your healing touch upon them. You know the depth of their sickness and the weariness they feel. We pray that you would bring restoration to their body, granting them strength and health. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 103:3 that you "forgive all our sins and heal all our diseases." We claim this promise for needhelpsobad48, believing that you are able to bring about complete healing.

Father, we also lift up the request for school to be closed today. We understand the desire for rest and the need for their son to catch up on his work. We ask that you would intervene in the weather, changing the rain to snow, and causing the school to be closed. We trust in your sovereignty and your ability to work in all circumstances. Your Word tells us in James 5:16 that "the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective." We stand on this truth, knowing that you hear our prayers and that you are able to bring about the desired outcome.

Lord, we thank you for your love and care for needhelpsobad48. We pray that you would surround them with your peace and comfort during this time of sickness. Help them to find rest in you and to trust in your perfect timing and plan. We also pray for their son, that you would grant him the ability to catch up on his work and excel academically.
