Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this husband who is facing unjust treatment at his workplace. We ask for Your divine intervention and protection over him. Lord, You see the struggles he is enduring, the gaslighting, false accusations, and the stress that is taking a toll on him. We seek Your help, as stated in Psalm 55:22, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken."
Father, we pray for fairness and justice in his situation. Let his managers see the truth and recognize his hard work and dedication. Proverbs 21:1 reminds us, "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord; he directs it like a watercourse wherever he pleases." We ask that You soften the hearts of those in authority and guide them to act justly and kindly.
Lord, if this is a test, give him the strength and endurance to persevere, as James 1:12 encourages, "Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him." Help him to remain steadfast and to trust in Your plan for his life.
We pray for his promotion and career advancement, according to Your will. Let his efforts be recognized and rewarded. Psalm 90:17 says, "May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands."
Lord Jesus, bring peace to his heart and mind. Surround him with Your love and assurance that he is not alone. We trust in Your promise in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
