Jesus please help me it is almost 10:00 and I am nowhere near finished today and haven't even had dinner. I am forgetting so much and today I accidentally bought the same groceries that I had already bought yesterday and I forgot to pay bills that I thought I paid last month. I am not old enough to have dementia, but I feel like I might be developing it. I am also so overwhelmed and while I am thankful for all the good in my life, I don't know how I am going to solve these problems and pay these bills. I am also so angry and my blood pressure is so bad I need to calm down. I just get so frustrated I can't help it. Please let my problems work themselves out and give me the strength to deal with everything. Please also let the missing package that I ordered and cannot afford to replace be delivered. Please let the person at the post office actually do their job and find it. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
