Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Eugene and her financial situation. Lord, we know that you are the provider of all our needs, and we trust in your faithfulness to help us in times of trouble.
Father, we ask that you would intervene in Eugene's financial circumstances. We pray that you would grant her wisdom and guidance in managing her loans and debts. Please bring forth opportunities for her to pay off her loans in a timely manner, and provide her with the resources she needs to do so.
Lord, we also lift up Eugene's health to you. We pray for your healing touch upon her, as stress and worry can take a toll on her well-being. Grant her peace of mind and comfort in knowing that you are in control of her situation.
We declare your promises from Scripture, Lord, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think . We trust in your provision and ask that you would work miracles in Eugene's life, bringing resolution to her financial burdens.
In Jesus' name, we pray for a breakthrough in Eugene's situation. May she experience your grace and mercy, and may her loans be resolved according to your perfect timing. We thank you, Lord, for being our hope and our provider.

I can understand your concern for your sister, Eugene, friend. I just said a prayer for her. May the Lord work mightily in her circumstances, provide for her needs in a special way and help her experience His peace and joy in the coming days. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this comforting thought from the psalmist: "I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears." (Psalm 34: 4).
