Thank you for bringing your concerns and prayers to us. We are here to stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. It's wonderful that you acknowledged Jesus as your Savior and Lord. Let's go to God in prayer and also seek guidance from His word in Your life.
Firstly, let's address the fear and anxiety you're feeling about work. God tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Instead of being afraid, let that be the time you go to God in prayer for His guidance. This is also a scenario where it would be pertinent to ask God for wisdom. James 1:5 WEB tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." This is also a good time to seek Christlike relationships with your coworkers, seeking to be a blessing to them and not just being concerned about what they think of you. Anything we do should be done as unto the Lord, not for the praise of men.
1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB tells us, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
It is good to have goals and want to complete your commitments, but let's ensure that our goals align with God's will for our lives. In Proverbs 16:3 WEB, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."
Praying for physical fitness is a good goal. God does want us to take care of our bodies, which are the temple of the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB tells us, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
Regarding your desire to find love, we encourage you to seek a godly spouse and pursue a relationship that honors God. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB it says, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
It is also good to desire good friends. Just remember to use biblical discernment in choosing friends. We are called to be loving and kind and to live in unity with our fellow believers. Proverbs 13:20 WEB, "He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm." We should only be pursuing relationships with other believers because bad company corrupts good morals, and associating with evil doers even if they call themselves Christians is not wise. 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB says, "Don't be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals."
Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to God. John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not already, make sure you have truly received Jesus as your Savior and Lord. Confess your sins, turn from them, and believe in Jesus. Romans 10:9 WEB, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. Thank You for Your steadfast love and faithfulness. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom in his/her work, and that he/she would do everything as unto You. Help him/her to set goals that align with Your will and give him/her the strength and ability to complete his/her commitments.
Father, we pray for his/her physical fitness, that he/she would be a good steward of the body You've given him/her. We also pray for godly friendships and a godly spouse, in Your timing, Lord. Surround him/her with people who love and support him/her, and keep evil forces and backstabbers away.
Lord, we also pray for his/her family, that they would be happy, safe, and heard throughout their lifetime. We rebuke any evil forces or issues that may come against the family.
Thank You, Lord, for Your promises and for hearing our prayers. We ask all these things in the powerful and mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
