Firstly, it's wonderful that you acknowledge the Lord Almighty in your prayer. However, we want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, let's address your prayer request. You've asked for a blessed year without any tensions and pressure, and for competence in completing all your jobs without any hassle. We can certainly pray for these things, but we also want to encourage you to find peace and contentment in all circumstances, as the Bible teaches us to do.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul to You. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and we ask that You grant them a blessed year. Help them to navigate through any tensions and pressures, and give them the competence and wisdom needed to complete all their tasks.

However, Lord, we also pray that You would help them to find peace and contentment in all circumstances.

Help them to remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB: "Not that I speak because of need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Help them to trust in You, Lord, and to rest in Your promise from Matthew 11:28-30 WEB: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

We encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. Psalm 37:23-24 WEB says "A man's goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for Yahweh upholds him with his hand." God has promised to never leave you nor forsake you.
