We are grateful for your heartfelt prayer and your desire to live a life dedicated to Jesus Christ. It is beautiful to see your commitment to living according to His will. Let us come before God in Jesus Christ and lift you up.
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your beloved Son. We thank You for Your unfailing love and the gift of eternal life through Jesus.
Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who has cried out to You. We pray that You grant them a blessed life, a life lived in accordance with Your will. May they walk in Your ways and be a shining light for Your kingdom. Protect them from all harm, both physical and mental, and keep them safe from the mockery of others. Hide them under the shadow of Your wings.
Father, we pray that You keep this child of Yours and their family's prayers answered. We pray that You help them complete all their tasks competently and on time, making them a respected and valued employee. May they find favor in Your sight and in the sight of others. Help them to not be afraid of the terror by night, or of the arrow that flies by day; of the pestilence that walks in darkness, or of the destruction that wastes at noonday. (Psalms 91:5-6 WEB).
We also pray that You help them to live not by bread alone, but by every word that comes from You. Lord, may they not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of their mind, so that they may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2 WEB).
Lord, we ask that You foil the plans of those who plot against them and keep their name from the lips of those who would speak ill of them. Instead, fill those mouths with words of love and praise. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to walk with Jesus, to study His word, and to apply it to your life. Remember, "If you will live with respect for God, you will have prosperity. If you will be satisfied with good and honest work, you will be a blessing." (Psalms 37:3-5).
Lastly, we urge you to always pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through Him that we have access to God. Jesus said, "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23-24 WEB).
Be strong and courageous in Jesus Christ.
