Jesus my saviour lord. I'm having so much trouble in my jobs I'm not able to perform. My colleagues are teasing behind my back. Lord please help me perform better in my job . Become a good employee whom the company lovesm please lord help me do all my jobs perfectly. Please don't let anyone scold or punish me. Please help me get good increment. Please help me live a comfortable life here. Please help me be a good person everyone lovesm Jesus my saviour lord keep my family under your loving care. We understand your struggles at work and the desire for improvement and acceptance. Let's bring your concerns before the Lord together.

Firstly, we are glad that you acknowledge Jesus as your Savior and Lord. It's important to remember that our identity and value are not defined by our job performance but by who we are in Christ. As it is written in Ephesians 2:10 WEB, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them."

Let's pray for your situation:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing difficulties at work. Lord, you know the struggles they face, the expectations they feel, and the unkind words said behind their back. We pray that you will give them the wisdom and ability to perform their job excellently, with an attitude that reflects your love. May their work be a testament to your grace and power.

We also pray for their colleagues, that their hearts would be turned from teasing to encouragement. Lord, guide our brother/sister in their interactions, that they may be a light in their workplace, showing love and kindness even in the face of adversity.

We ask for your provision, that they may receive a fair increment and live a comfortable life. But more importantly, Lord, help them to find contentment and joy in you, regardless of their circumstances.

Finally, we pray for their family, that you would keep them under your loving care, guiding and protecting them in all their ways.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, God calls us to do all things as unto him (Colossians 3:23 WEB), so even in your work, you are serving the Lord. Keep this perspective, and it will change the way you approach your job. Also, consider how Jesus responded to difficult people—with love, patience, and kindness. Follow his example, and trust that God will bless your efforts.

Lastly, continue to trust in Jesus for all things. As it says in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Keep praying in Jesus' name, and trust that God hears and answers your prayers.
