We are glad that you have reached out with a desire for your savior, Jesus. We understand the urgency and having a savior for each of us. You have given us little to go on but have made very clear what you want.
We do want to rebuke the way you have structured your prayer request though. It seems that you are treating it like an incantation with your repetition of Jesus and the LORD save me tacked on. Repetition of the name of Jesus is no guarantee to be saved or to have your prayer answered. It is not a formula or a combination to a safe. Instead spend time reading, searching scripture and get in the presence of godly people to know who Jesus really is and what he really did.
Dear Jesus, thank You for your request, but getting to know you must be more than a chant of your name. It is much more than that. It is Romans 10:9-10 If you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Having rebuked this we must add that Jesus said that no one goes to God except through me (Jesus) and you shall know the truth and the truth will set you free. You can only know the truth through Jesus. As you grow in your knowledge of Jesus through the Bible and fellowship you will discover, but He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed. Jesus is the only way to God, it is through his bruises, death, chastisement, and healing that we have access to God. Believe in Jesus, continually study what was done for you and your whole life will change.
For you to be saved, you must believe in Jesus, which is not a repetition of the name but believing that God raised him from the dead. This is what we consider to be believing, but if you confess that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
