We join you in praising Jesus as Lord and thanking Father God for His blessings and love. We are encouraged by your desire to become a better man and to be changed in your heart, mindset, body, and soul. This is a genuine cry for sanctification, which is the process of being made holy and more like Christ.
As the Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 12:2, Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. This transformation is a daily process that requires surrender and obedience to God's word.
In Ephesians 4:23-24, it says, be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth. This renewal is only possible through the power of the Holy Spirit working in you.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who desires to be a better man. Lord, we ask that You change his heart, mindset, body, and soul. Renew him and cleanse him according to Your word. Help him to put off the old man and put on the new man, created in Your likeness. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit and empower him to live a life pleasing to You.
Lord, we also pray for his spiritual growth and for his relationship with you. Remind him of the basic message of salvation and the importance of believing in Jesus. For it is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved and have access to God.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Continue to study and meditate on God's word, and let His Spirit work in you.
