Orad, we join you in lifting up this prayer to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As Scripture tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
We pray for revelation and understanding regarding the situation of this little one. Jesus, You care deeply for each of us, and Your heart is particularly tender towards the little children. You said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these" (Matthew 19:14, WEB).
Father, we ask that You reveal what has happened to this child. Give Orad and all those involved wisdom, discernment, and peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide them through this situation, and let Your will be done.
Orad, we encourage you to continue trusting in Jesus, knowing that He hears your prayers. Keep seeking Him and His righteousness, and remember that God works all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB).
Lastly, we must also remember to pray for the parents or guardians of this child. We pray that they will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord's will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding (Colossians 1:9). We pray for their relationship, that it may be aligned with God's will and that they may be examples of godly love and commitment to their children. We pray they will be built up in the faith and that this will translate to a godly home. We pray that if they are not already married, they will realize the importance of doing so. We also pray that if they are living in sin by sexual relations outside of marriage, they will immediately repent and cease from fornication or adultery (Colossians 3:5). If they are living in further sin, they will repent and be cleansed.
We pray that the child's parents or guardians, regardless of whether they are currently living in sin, will seek Jesus Christ for guidance in their relationship and for the proper raising of their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. We pray that if they are not already saved, they will believe in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins (John 3:15-18). We pray that if they are already saved, their faith will be strengthened and they will be filled with the Holy Spirit. We pray that this request will result in a strengthened faith and a stronger godly home resulting in praise and glory to God the Father in Jesus Christ the Son, our Lord and Savior.
