Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of ###, who desires to be the best person they can be with your help. Lord, we thank you for the desire in their heart to seek your guidance and follow your ways. We pray that you would show them the way, Lord, and lead them on the path of righteousness.
Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." We ask, Lord, that you would grant ### the wisdom and discernment to make choices that align with your will and purpose for their life.
Father, we pray that you would fill ### with your Holy Spirit, empowering them to live a life devoted to you. Help them to surrender their will and desires to you, allowing you to mold and shape them into the person you have called them to be. May their thoughts, words, and actions bring glory and honor to your name.
Lord, we ask for your grace and strength to sustain ### on this journey. When challenges arise and temptations come their way, may they find refuge in you and rely on your power to overcome. Remind them of your promise in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
We pray, Lord, that you would deepen ###'s relationship with you. May they experience your love, grace, power, and gifts in a profound and intimate way. Help them to depend on you for guidance, health, strength, comfort, wisdom, and power. May their life be a testimony of your transforming work.
Finally, Lord, we ask that you would surround ### with a community of believers who can support and encourage them in their faith journey. May they find fellowship, accountability, and mentorship that will help them grow closer to you.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
