Jesus I don't know why but since yesterday i have been overwhelmed by feelings of grief and past traumas reactivated it is like a flood my mother's death my two cats' deaths my husband's lung illness please take these away from me and the feeling of a deep hole being torn in my soul Lord I also feel very sad that my family is spread out all over the world really missing them and sad that we are not all in the same country i have fears of growing old alone in this country Lord i feel afraid of the future of life going by in the blink of an eye of a life not well used please forgive me thank You Lord in Jesus Name amen
