We are glad to join you in prayer, Kyle G., and we appreciate your faith in Jesus Christ as you seek His help. It's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should take care of them, trusting God for healing and guidance (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
First, let's address your health concerns. The body has amazing healing processes and can reboot its neurotransmitters. We trust that God, who created you and knows you intimately, will restore all of the systems in your body. No problem is too big or small for His healing touch.
It's wonderful that you asked for help in Jesus’ name. This is a reminder that His name has power and we must always submit to it. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written,
"For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'"
(Romans 10:13, WEB).
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus. First, thank You, Lord, for leading Kyle to the brain specialist and for the reassuring news that his brain has not been permanently damaged. But now he needs your touch for his neural transmitters to reboot.
Lord, You know the struggles Kyle is facing with his bodily functions and his high level of stress and anxiety. We ask, Father, that You will intervene according to Your will and grace and bring calm to Kyle's mind. 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us to, "cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you.". Father, reveal the power of Your grace and help his mind, bladder, hunger, digestion and bowel systems function properly in Jesus’ name. We trust that stress and anxiety will no longer rule over your life and body. Father, let His faith not fail him but restore him like You restored the woman who had the bleeding issue and was healed because of her faith in Jesus.
Finally, In all of this, please remind Kyle who you are and that nothing can separate Kyle from Your love. It is written "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:38-39, WEB).
We thank You, Lord, for Your healing touch and for giving Kyle the strength and faith to endure this trial. We ask all of this in Jesus Christ’s name, amen.
