Barasissa, we are lifting you up in prayer and believing in Jesus' name for your healing. We remember the words of Scripture, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). If you forgive others, pray in Jesus' name, and do not doubt, God will forgive you and heal you. Consider this promise, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:16 WEB).
Jesus healed many people during His ministry on earth, and He continues to heal today. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and God has highly exalted Him and gave to Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:9-11).
We rebuke any spirit of sickness and disease that may be affecting you, and we speak life and health over you in the name of Jesus. You do not have to accept sickness from a cough and cold. Jesus, the same yesterday and forever knows your condition when He was manifested, took our infirmities and sicknesses and bore our diseases. We further know "50 Jesus, perceiving that in their hearts, rebuked them for their unbelief, and said, "Why do you reason about having no bread? Do you not yet perceive or understand? Are your hearts still hardened?
51 Having eyes, don't you see? Having ears, don't you hear? Don't you remember?
52 When I broke the five loaves among the five thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?"
They told him, "Twelve."
53 "When I broke the seven among the four thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?"
They told him, "Seven."
54 He said to them, "Don't you understand, yet?"
(Mark 8:17-21 WEB). Let not your heart be hardened by the hardness of your condition nor unsanctified reasoning. You have a right to be healed if you believe. Your coughing a lot is your bread so to speak which has been given to you to appreciate your healing once it has been delivered unto you like the broken pieces that was gathered up. Yea, receive your healing!
In the name of Jesus, we pray for your complete healing and ask that you sing praises of thanksgiving to us with your testimony of what God has done for you and of His goodness. But you must also pray for others and confess your sins to others and forgive others as stated earlier so that you may be healed. And remember "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." (Romans 10:9). Salvation will more than heal you and allow you to approach God in Jesus' name. Fix your thoughts on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God (Hebrews 12:2) -MSG.
