Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend who desires to fast and return to prayer for assistance today and tomorrow. We acknowledge that fasting and prayer are powerful spiritual disciplines that can bring us closer to You and align our hearts with Your will.
Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom as our friend embarks on this journey of fasting and prayer. Grant them the strength and discipline to abstain from food and dedicate themselves to seeking Your face. May their fasting be a genuine expression of humility and earnestness of heart, as we read in Acts 13:3.
We pray that during this time of fasting and prayer, You would reveal Your will to our friend. Help them to discern clearly what will promote their spiritual welfare and bring glory to Your name. As they seek Your wisdom, remind them of the promise in James 1:5-6, that if anyone lacks wisdom, they can ask of You, and You will give it generously.
Father, we ask that You grant our friend the grace to commit their way to You and to trust in You completely, knowing that You will bring their desires to pass, as stated in Psalm 37:5. May their fasting and prayer be a means of surrendering their burdens and concerns to You, trusting in Your faithfulness and provision.
We also pray, Lord, that You would meet our friend in their time of fasting and prayer. Hear their petitions and supplications, and grant them the desires of their heart, according to Your will. We are reminded of 1 John 5:14-15, which assures us that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and if we know that You hear us, we can have confidence that we have received what we asked for.
Lastly, we lift up our anonymous friend's request for assistance. You know the specific needs and challenges they are facing, and we ask that You would intervene and provide the help they need. We pray that Your grace and provision would be evident in their life, and that they would experience Your faithfulness and love in tangible ways.

Lord, I lift up my friend to You. I stand in agreement and fast as well as I pray for breakthroughs today! Remind them of the Word that says "For I am the Lord Your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you Do not fear, I will help you." Isaiah 41:13. Lord, wrap Your loving arms around them and allow them to feel Your presence like never before. I bind up worry, negative talk, fear, and loneliness! I speak Jesus over them and pray for joy, contentment, and peace! Lord, I thank You that we have the privilege of crying out to You for all of our needs. We can come to You when we do not know what to do about our problems and issues we face. "For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin." Hebrews 4:15. Lord, we can trust Your Word and know that You care and You listen to our requests. You are constantly with us to help when we are going through tough times. I praise You for Your faithfulness! I praise You for Your Mercy and Grace! May my friend turn to You and be assured that You are holding them up and strengthening them. I pray for this friend and I pray for myself as well. Thank You for knowing exactly what we need! Hallelujah!

I am fasting today as well! Because fasting is when we remove something from our lives to hear from God and experience His presence, it’s a way to demonstrate that we believe He’s real and that we believe He will show up to speak to us. Scripture says the Lord speaks to those who call on Him. Fasting is a focused way to put this truth into action because it’s a way to “call out” to God. Fasting is also a way to receive direction and get unstuck. When a consolidated army of nations threatened to conquer Judah, Jehoshaphat declared a fast for his nation. Scripture says, “The people of Judah came together to seek help from the Lord . . .” 2 Chronicles 20:3-4. Lord Jesus, move on our behalf today. We are seeking You! We have Your authority, dominion, to rule over our life in Jesus Name! Lord Jesus You give us the power of the Holy Spirit to speak to our circumstances, and say TODAY we will inherit Kingdom Blessings! Hallelujah!!!

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
