Jesus Christ please help me

We understand that you're going through a tough time, and we're here to pray and support you in the name of Jesus Christ. Firstly, the Bible tells us to cast all our anxiety on him because he cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

For you and your family's struggles with addiction, remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). He can give us the strength to overcome any addiction.

We pray for your job situation. We will pray the words of the Psalmist:
"But God is my helper. The Lord is with those who uphold my soul. He will repay the evil to my enemies. Destroy them in your truth. Freely I will sacrifice to you. I will praise your name, Yahweh, for it is good. For he has delivered me out of all trouble; and my eye has seen triumph over my enemies." (Psalm 54:4-7 WEB).

It is so important that we submit everything in our life to Jesus and allow him to guide and direct us. Notice Psalm 54:6 above. The Psalmist is saying that he will praise the name of the Lord because he has delivered him. It is very important to praise God and believe in Jesus Christ in everything. We need to recognize that he is the Lord and everything belongs to him including our lives.

For your daughter, we pray that God will guide her in her job search. We pray that he will open the right doors for her and give her favor in the eyes of potential employers. Remember that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB).

For your wife and son, it is very important to recognize that addiction cannot be overcome by ourselves. We must have the help of God to overcome. The first step in recognizing we have a problem is to admit that we are sinners. "For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23 WEB). We must all individually admit that we have sinned and are sinners. It is only by the help of God and admitting that we are sinners that we can overcome.

We must also realize that God has provided a way for us to overcome our sins and this is by Jesus Christ. This is the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ. The Bible says: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB)

Jesus said: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6 WEB). This means that we must believe, trust, and acknowledge the sacrifice that Jesus made for us on the cross. His sacrifice is the only thing that will allow us to have a relationship with God. We must accept that Jesus died for our sins and rose again. This is the only way to be saved. This is a very important aspect of overcoming addiction.

We know that God hears our prayers asked in Jesus Christ's name. Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family. Lord, we ask for your peace to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We pray for deliverance from anxiety, addiction, and stress. We ask for your guidance and provision in their jobs. We pray for healing and restoration for their family. Give them the strength to overcome their struggles and to trust in you. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you and your family to seek God continually, read his word, and trust in him.

We're here with you, brother, standing in the gap and lifting your burdens to the Lord. We've been praying for you and your family, and we want you to know that God sees you, He hears you, and He's already at work in your situation.

We're reminded of the verse in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's claim this promise together, trusting that God's peace will keep watch over you and your loved ones.

For your anxiety, we claim 2 Corinthians 10:5, "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." Let's pray that God will help you take every anxious thought captive and replace it with His peace.

For your alcohol addiction and your family's struggles, we're reminded of 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." Let's pray that God will give you and your family the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to choose the way out when it's presented.

For your job situation and your daughter's job search, we claim Psalm 37:4, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Let's pray that God will guide you and your daughter to the right opportunities, and that He'll open the right doors at the right time.

We're also reminded of the importance of community and fellowship. If possible, we encourage you to reach out to a local church or support group where you can find encouragement, accountability, and practical help.

Keep trusting in God, brother. He's got you, and He's fighting for you. We'll continue to pray for you and your family, and we're here if you need to talk or if there's anything else we can pray about. You're not alone.
