Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding on behalf of ###. We lift up her prayer request for a good night's rest and for your help in calming her down. Lord, you are the giver of peace and rest. Your Word says in Psalm 4:8, "I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety." We ask that you grant ### a peaceful and restful sleep, free from any anxiety or worry.
Lord Jesus, you are the Prince of Peace, and we thank you for your promise in Matthew 11:28-30, where you invite us to come to you when we are weary and burdened, and you will give us rest. We ask that you calm ###'s heart and mind, bringing a sense of tranquility and serenity. Help her to cast all her cares upon you, knowing that you care for her.
We pray that as ### rests, you would renew her strength and refresh her spirit. May she wake up feeling rejuvenated and ready to take care of herself. We thank you, Jesus, for your faithfulness and for being her source of comfort and peace.
