Isaac Samuel Lubwama, let us come together in prayer and understanding, seeking God's will according to His Word.

Firstly, it's important to clarify that while Jehovah is indeed a name used for God in the Old Testament, the New Testament reveals that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"

The verse you mentioned, Romans 10:13, indeed says, "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" However, the context of this verse is the confession of Jesus as Lord, as stated in Romans 10:9-10, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You reveal Yourself to Isaac Samuel Lubwama in a powerful way. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
