Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power that is in the name of Jesus. As Scripture tells us, "There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. It is by this name that we have access to the Father and it is by this name that we can approach the throne of God with confidence. This access comes through the process of salvation which is believing in Jesus as the Son of God and the only savior. This is explained in Acts 16:30-31 WEB, "...Sirs, what must I do to be saved?' They said, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.'".
Now, let's address your request. While we understand your sense of urgency, it's important to remember that God's timing is perfect. As Christians, though we can pray, we must be careful that we do not try to control or influence others in a manipulative way through prayer. Rather, we should pray for God's will to be done and for His purposes to be accomplished. It might be the jacket is not returned right away. God may be working on something in ###'s life at the moment.
The Bible tells us, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." Leviticus 19:18 WEB. In this context, ### is your neighbor, and it's important to treat him with the same love and respect that you would want to be treated with. Pray for ###, that God would bless him and guide him, rather than trying to impose your will on him. It is a better approach to be praying for ###'s salvation if you do not know if he is a believer, or praying his growth in Christ if you do know that he is a believer.
