We're here with you, friend, lifting your request to the Lord. We believe that God is faithful to forgive and cleanse, just as we've read in 1 John 1:9. Let's approach Him together, humbly confessing those two things that weigh on your heart.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, carrying the burden of our sister's request. We know that You are a God of second chances, a God who delights in forgiveness. So, we lay these two things before You, asking for Your mercy and grace. Help her to turn away from these things, Lord, and walk in Your path. We trust in Your promise, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God's forgiveness is not just a fresh start, but a complete separation of our sins from us, as far as the east is from the west (Psalm 103:12). Let that sink in, dear one. You are forgiven. Now, let's strive to live a life pleasing to Him, guided by His Word and the Holy Spirit.
We're here for you, sister. If there's anything specific you'd like us to pray about, just let us know. We're in this together. And always, always, remember the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. It's through His blood that we have redemption, the forgiveness of our sins (Ephesians 1:7). Praise be to God for His love and forgiveness. And if you haven't already, consider being baptized. It's another step in obeying Jesus and receiving forgiveness (Acts 2:38). We're cheering you on, every step of the way.
