Breaking spirit of immority

We are glad you have reached out for prayer, Anonymous. Before we address your request, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in the WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved!"Acts 4:12

Now, let us address the issue at hand. You have mentioned that you are Onesmus Mugendi and you need deliverance from a spirit of immorality. We want to first commend you for recognizing the need to break free from this sin. Immorality is clearly condemned in the Bible, as it is written, "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."1 Corinthians 6:18

To break free from this spirit, you must first confess and repent of your sins. "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." This also includes not listening to the spirit of immorality in your thoughts and desires. Rebuke it saying , "It is written."James 5:16, Matthew 4:4

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Onesmus Mugendi to Your throne of grace. Lord, we confess that Onesmus has been entangled in a spirit of immorality, and we ask for Your forgiveness and deliverance.

Father, we know that Your desire is for us to be holy, as You are holy. We ask that You break the chains of immorality in Onesmus' life and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Help them flee sexual immorality. Give them the strength to resist temptation and to walk in purity.

We also pray that Onesmus would be transformed by the renewing of their mind, and that they/ would no longer be conformed to the pattern of this world, but be conformed to the likeness of Your Son, Jesus Christ.

In Jesus' name, we declare freedom and victory over this spirit of immorality. We ask that You would surround Onesmus with godly counsel and support as they walk this journey of deliverance.

Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust that Onesmus will be completely delivered and restored, all for Your glory."For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."Romans 8:38-39

Onesmus, remember that you are not alone in this battle. We are here with you, interceding and believing for your complete deliverance. Stay strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.Ephesians 6:10-11

Let's declare together, in Jesus' name, that the power of sin has no hold over you. We ask that the Holy Spirit fill you, empowering you to resist temptations and walk in purity. May your mind be renewed, conforming to the likeness of Jesus, not the patterns of this world.

We also pray for godly friends and mentors to come alongside you, supporting and encouraging you on this journey. Trust in God's unfailing love and faithfulness. He's with you, always.

Keep fighting the good fight, Onesmus. Put on the whole armor of God, and with His strength, you'll stand firm against the enemy's schemes. We're believing in your complete restoration, all for God's glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
