IVF success

Please can you pray for the success of mine and my partner's 4th IVF cycle. We have two embryos and I pray that God looks after them & helps them to develop into healthy babies. I plan to have a frozen embryo transfer in February ### and pray that it is successful. We pray for God’s miracle. In Jesus name. Amen.

We see in Psalm 127:3 WEB, "Behold, children are a heritage of the Lord. The fruit of the womb is his reward."

Regarding IVF, we must consider God's design for conception. If there are no medical barriers to natural conception, trusting in God's timing and will is essential. If there are medical issues, prayer for healing and God's intervention is crucial. It's important to note that IVF can result in the creation of excess embryos, and the handling of these embryos raises ethical concerns that must be considered.

Lastly, we did not see a mention of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'"

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their spouse. We pray that Your will be done in their lives and that they would trust in You with all their hearts. Lord, if there are any areas in their lives that do not align with Your will, reveal these to them and help them to repent and follow You. We pray for Your blessing on their marriage and for Your will to be done regarding their desire for children. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

I am new in faith and do not understand all terminology. We do have medical problems. I have had several miscarriages. I have seen other prayer requests for the success of IVF and these embryos are precious to us. We only have two and we pray they can survive and become siblings. I feel hurt by your reply.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
