I've tried stretching exercise to help me grow taller by ### cm (to ###cm) however I am not sure if it is working and I'm starting to lose faith that I can't grow anymore. My friends and others sometimes tease me as well, please pray for ###.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, You know the desires of ###'s heart and the struggles faced with height and the teasing from friends. We ask for Your comfort and strength to surround ### during this time.

Father, we pray that You would grant ### peace and assurance, knowing that true worth and identity are found in You and not in physical appearance. Help ### to grow in confidence and to find joy in the unique way You have created ###.

Lord, we also ask for wisdom and guidance in the efforts to grow taller. If it is Your will, we pray that the exercises and efforts would be effective. But above all, we pray that ### would trust in Your perfect plan and timing.

As it says in Psalm 139:14, "I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well." May ### find comfort in these words and know that ### is wonderfully made by You.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
