I've ruined my testimony, and my repentance means nothing. Rinse repeat. I need the Lord's help to not go to hell.

Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus Name, asking for Your help and mercy on behalf of ###. We know that You are a loving and forgiving God, and we ask that You would forgive ### for the wrongs they have done and restore their testimony. Help them to truly repent and turn away from their sins, and to live a life that is pleasing to You. We pray that You would give them the strength and courage to resist temptation and to not repeat the same mistakes. We ask that You would protect them from the fires of hell and keep them safe in Your loving arms. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Fear not. For it is the one who never gives up asking for forgiveness will be forgiven
I pray God to forgive you because He loves you and won’t abandon you because you are weak. He will strengthen you and guide you and hold you close under His wings because you are His child and no father abandons His child.

Bless me to know You, love You, and strengthen me to live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Protect me God from all the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, and pray Your best for me.
