I've requested a prayer before and my situation is only getting worse. I've talked to both managerial people and coworkers and all agree that I'm not at fault. I was worried but have been reassured that my room 'lead' is taking things out on me and trying to make me do things that are her job responsibility. I go above and beyond and she wont acknowledge it. I bought her an appreciation card and a gift certificate thinking it would make her feel a little better. She thanked everyone in our room BUT me and no one else signed it or paid for it! I feel like I'm hitting a wall. I'm doing twice the work required by my job description, I'm working at home. I just need help to either have her step back or help me deal with it. She has no personal problems except that she hates her job anymore. I understand that can cause stress but she lets everyone slide and rides me constantly without any thanks. I can't do it anymore and I pray the serenity prayer CONSTANTLY. Please, pray for me and for my room lead. Thank you so much
