I've recently had to take a break from school because I fail extremely behind in my classes with poor grades due to my health issues which have now gotten worse and I'll be having surgery next month. I was placed on a trial semester and I failed to comply with the financial aid requirements. Therefore, they sent me a letter stating that I was on a financial aid suspension and that I have to find other ways to pay for my college costs. I have been off of work since October 2016 and with one income, my husband has been taking care of our bills etc the best that he can, but still falling behind with late fees etc. My short term disability was denied twice so I had to allow a lawyer to step in and handle my case. While I do not have the best credit, at this time, I do not have any other sources to pay for my college costs. I have reached out to my advisor and she told me to let her know if financial aid approves me for future classes that way I do not have to withdraw from school. I'm just tired of worrying and thinking, we are in desperate need for a financial blessing just to get caught up on our bills.
