I’ve got really bad food poisoning again ...

I’ve got really bad food poisoning again after eating her food. Like vomiting. Is she doing it on purpose? Or is it just that she leaves the food out of the fridge? Either way I’m really sick again and I just want to book a ticket and go home. I also have a really bad tooth and gum infection and I don’t have any travel insurance here and I need some to get home. Thankyou
