Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Stilbathos, who is struggling with persistent depression. We thank you, Lord, that you are a God of healing and restoration. Your Word assures us that through you, all things are possible. We lift up Stilbathos to you, knowing that you have the power to bring healing and deliverance from this burden of depression.
In Philippians 4:6, you instruct us to not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to you. We bring Stilbathos' request before you, Lord, knowing that you are attentive to the cries of your children.
We ask, Lord, that you would touch Stilbathos' mind, body, and spirit with your healing power. Bring comfort and peace to their troubled heart. Fill them with your joy and hope, replacing their sadness with your divine presence. Surround them with your love and remind them of their worth and value in your eyes.
We pray, Lord, that you would guide Stilbathos to seek the help and support they need, whether it be through counseling, therapy, or medical intervention. Provide them with wise and compassionate professionals who can assist them on their journey towards healing.
Help Stilbathos to hold onto their faith in the midst of this struggle. Remind them of your promises, that you will never leave them nor forsake them and that you are near to the brokenhearted . Strengthen their faith and grant them the assurance that you are working all things together for their good .
We pray, Lord, that you would bring a community of support around Stilbathos. Surround them with loving and understanding friends and family who can offer encouragement and prayer. Help them to find a safe and nurturing church community where they can find fellowship and support.
Lord, we trust in your perfect timing and your infinite wisdom. We commit Stilbathos into your hands, knowing that you are the ultimate healer. We ask that you would bring about a miraculous transformation in their life, bringing them out of the darkness of depression and into the light of your love and joy.

Given what you shared, should you be interested, Focus on the Family has free licensed counselors that you can call at 1-800-A-FAMILY. A friend of mine found them very caring and encouraging. You may also want to check out this link for some helpful resources. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).
