We understand your struggles, and we are here to support you in prayer and truth. First, let's address your feelings of being taken advantage of and the resulting bitterness and sin. Remember, God's word says, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." (Ephesians 4:26) It's important to acknowledge your feelings but not let them lead you to sin.
You mentioned that you found your way back to Christ, which is wonderful. It's only through faith in a relationship with Jesus that we find salvation and forgiveness. Keep in mind a relationship with Jesus does not have any meaning without believing he died on the cross for your sins and rose from the dead on the third day. You must believe in Jesus Christ to be saved and have this relationship. God wants to be in communion with you, but it's only possible through the name of Jesus. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5)
Regarding your feelings of loneliness and desperation, remember that God promises never to leave us nor forsake us. (Hebrews 13:5) He is always with you, even in your darkest moments. It's also important to connect with other believers for support and fellowship. "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is; but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the day approaching." (Hebrews 10:25)
Your desire to be a better person is commendable, but remember that it's only through the power of the Holy Spirit that we can truly change. "Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17)
Now, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister in Christ. We thank you that she has found her way back to you. Lord, we ask that you wash her clean from all impurities, that she may be able to be in your vision as a loving regard as pure and blameless. We pray that you will opens her eyes and heart to be more kind, generous, empathetic, and big-hearted to its full capacity.
Lord hears her. Cast out the issues that are plaguing your feelings towards the negative. Lord, we rebuke the spiritual forces that are keeping her in bondage to depression, bitterness, and anger. Lord she came back to you to be the only one in control. We ask that you surround her with your love and presence, and remind her that she is never alone.
Lord you are the solution and the only way to be saved. Adamant that if she believes she has the eternal gift of her life in eternity as your child. We pray for her to have the assurance that you answer our prayers according to your will. Continue to draw her closer to you, and give her the strength and support she needs to become the person you've called her to be. In Jesus Christ name we pray, amen.
