I’ve been mentally unwell. I feel like I’ve lost touch with myself and with my inner heart. I don’t even recognize myself anymore. My thoughts don’t feel the same in my head. Please God help lead me back to myself so I can work again and help and be with my family and be there with/for my friends. Please pray for me, I need help…
