I’ve been loosing weight since last July, I need prayer for strength to keep going. For God to change my heart where food is concerned. To not over eat when I have emotions that are difficult even healthy food.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of our anonymous friend who has been experiencing weight loss since last July. Lord, we ask for your strength to sustain them during this journey. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We pray that you would empower our friend with the strength to keep going, even when faced with challenges and difficulties.
Father, we also ask for a transformation of the heart when it comes to food. Help our friend to develop a healthy relationship with food, where they are not controlled by emotional eating or overeating. Your Word teaches us in 1 Corinthians 10:31 that whether we eat or drink, we should do it all for the glory of God. We pray that you would change their heart and mindset, guiding them to make wise and balanced choices in their eating habits.
Lord, we acknowledge that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we ask for your guidance and wisdom in taking care of our physical health. Help our friend to find comfort and strength in you, rather than turning to food for emotional support. Fill them with your peace and joy, knowing that you are always with them, even in the midst of difficult emotions.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness in answering them. We trust in your perfect timing and your perfect plan for our friend's life. May they experience your love, grace, and healing in every aspect of their journey.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
