I've been interviewing for 11 months. 3 weeks ago I had a telephone interview for a company I really want to work for. The next step is an in person interview, however I have not heard back yet from HR. I left a follow up voice mail with HR early last week, and last week found a manager on LinkedIN i emailed directly and was advised he isnt in charge of this specific position but will pass it on to the individual in charge. Yesterday I though I would send a follow up email to HR through Linkedin. I do not have their corporate email, so utilized LinkedIn. How long should I wait to hear back? Need prayers to hear back for an in person interview.
