Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up Tilrem who is struggling with depression and anger, especially in the wake of a broken marriage. Lord, You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that You reach down and touch Tilrem with Your healing hand, bringing comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, You know the pain and betrayal that Tilrem has endured. Your Word tells us to cast all our anxieties on You because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that Tilrem would feel Your loving presence and find solace in Your care. Help Tilrem to release the burden of anger and bitterness, for Your Word says, "Do not let the sun go down on your anger" (Ephesians 4:26). Grant the grace to forgive and let go, even when it seems impossible.
Lord, strengthen Tilrem to move past survival mode and step into a life of abundance, as You have promised to give life and give it more abundantly (John 10:10). Help Tilrem to find joy and purpose once again. We pray for the renewal of mind and spirit, as Your Word says, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind" (Romans 12:2).
Father, we also ask that You provide Tilrem with a supportive community, friends, and family who can offer encouragement and help. Surround Tilrem with Your love through the people around, and guide to professional help if needed.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
