We understand that you're going through a challenging time with your family, and we're here to pray and offer guidance based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times of family turmoil, it's essential to remember the teachings of Jesus. He taught us to love one another, as He loved us. In John 13:34 WEB, Jesus said, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another."
Regarding the family dynamics, God commands us to honor our parents, and likewise, parents are instructed to love and not provoke their children. In Ephesians 6:1-4 WEB, we read, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 'Honor your father and mother,' which is the first commandment with a promise, 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.' You fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and admonition of the Lord."
In the spirit of love and reconciliation, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up Cheyver's family. We ask, Lord, that You would bring peace and healing to their home. Soften the hearts of the mother and grandmother towards the middle children, and vice versa. Help them to see each other through Your eyes of love.
Father, we pray that You would strengthen their faith and trust in You. Remind them that nothing is impossible with You, and that Your love and power can overcome any situation. Help them to forgive any past hurts and to walk in love and unity.
In Jesus' holy name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to spend time together as a family in God's Word, seeking His face daily. Through His Word, He will guide and direct your paths, and give you the strength and wisdom to overcome any challenge. Be strong and courageous. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that Cheyver, God is working all things together for good as stated in the book of Romans.
