We stand with you, Jacob, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, as you face this spiritual battle. We are encouraged that you have come to your fellow believers to stand in the gap for you, just as the Lord has led you to do. Let us pray together and declare God's promises over your life.
Firstly, we address the physical manifestation of the enemy's attack on your skin. We are reminded of the stripes that Jesus bore for us, as it is written in 1 Peter 2:24, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds." We claim this healing for you, Jacob, and pray that the Lord will cause the itching to cease and your skin to be restored.
We also pray for your sleep, that the Lord will protect you and give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways, as it is promised in Psalm 91:11. We rebuke any demonic presence that seeks to disturb your rest, and we declare that your sleep will be peaceful and uninterrupted.
For your strength, we turn to Isaiah 40:29, which tells us, "He gives power to the faint; and to those who have no might, he increases strength." We pray that the Lord will infuse you with His strength, that you may be able to stand firm against the wiles of the enemy.
As you prepare for your deliverance on Sunday, we claim the promise of 2 Timothy 1:7 for you, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We pray that nothing will hinder this process, and that you will indeed find complete freedom from this demonic oppression.
Lastly, we praise the Lord with you, Jacob, for His unfailing love and presence in your life. As it is written in Romans 8:37, "No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." We declare that you are a conqueror in Christ, and that this storm will indeed pass, as you have trusted in the Lord.
Let us pray:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother Jacob. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness towards him. We claim Your healing power over his skin, and we rebuke any demonic activity causing the itching. We pray for peaceful sleep for Jacob, protected by Your angels. We ask for a fresh infilling of Your strength, Lord, that Jacob may be able to stand firm. We claim complete freedom from demonic oppression for Jacob, and we declare that nothing will hinder his deliverance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Stay strong in the Lord, Jacob, and keep trusting in His power to deliver you.
