Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, Your Word tells us in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.'" We declare this over ###'s life right now.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection over ### as he prepares to rest. Surround him with Your angels, as it is written in Psalm 34:7, "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and He delivers them." Lord, let Your presence be a shield against any attacks from the enemy.
We thank You, Lord, for the progress ### has experienced today. We praise You for the respite from the assaults and for Your sustaining grace. We trust in Your promise from 2 Thessalonians 3:3, "But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one."
As ### looks forward to the freedom that comes on Saturday, we pray for Your strength and peace to fill him. In Philippians 4:7, it is written, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Let this peace envelop ### now and in the days to come.
Father, we lay ###'s body, mind, and soul at the foot of the cross, believing in Your mighty power to deliver and heal. We stand in agreement with ###’s declaration of trust in You, knowing that You are always by his side.
We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
