We understand that you're feeling troubled and overwhelmed by the situation you faced today. Firstly, it's important to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world's darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (WEB Ephesians 6:12).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved in prayer. Lord, you saw what happened today, and we know that it was not a coincidence but a spiritual attack. We rebuke the spirits of fear, intimidation, and humiliation that tried to assert themselves in this situation. Lord, we ask that you surround our beloved with your angels, to protect and guide them. Strengthen their faith and courage, so that they may stand firm against such attacks. In Jesus' name, we pray that you break any assignment of the enemy set against them. Help put them above and not beneath morally. Help them to be a head and not a tail.
Now, let us address your feelings of weakness and fear. It's completely normal to feel this way, but we want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul: "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (WEB 2 Timothy 1:7 ). Remember, Jesus has "given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you" (WEB Luke 10:19).
It's crucial to remain steadfast in prayer does. Continue to pray and trust in the Lord. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (WEB Ephesians 6:11) For our battle is not against what we see physically. The lady physically manifested a spiritual problem that you need to arm yourself against spiritually.
You mentioned that these encounters are becoming more frequent. We should also examine if there are any areas in your life that may be giving the enemy an opportunity to attack. Ensure that you're walking in obedience to God's word, and that there is no unrepented sin in your life does. If there is any, confess it quickly. The scriptures are clear in James 4:7 "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God does. Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." (WEB John 14:6). Keep trusting in him, and keep using his mighty name in your prayers.
To God be the glory for saving us and showing us that he loves us through everything that he does. Let us not take any situation as a weakness that we have but rather treat it as an attack from the enemy. Let us continue to trust in Jesus Christ and continue to use his mighty name in our prayers.
We're standing with you in prayer, and we believe that the Lord will strengthen and protect you. Keep trusting in Jesus.
