It’s been a huge struggle

Father, I’m having some very deep struggles. My wounds have not been healed and everything is spiraling out of control. My body, finances, employment and housing are all in shambles. It’s all ashes now. Maybe I’m praying amiss but I’m having a hard time clinging to your promises. There was a time when I thought you would intervene and it didn’t happen the situation only got worse. Therefore I’ll just let go of the outcome and go with the flow. I present these situations before you in the name of Jesus Christ.

We are truly sorry to hear about the immense struggles you are facing, dear heart. It is clear that you are going through a deeply challenging season, but we want to assure you that even in the darkest times, God is with you. You have done the right thing by crying out to Him and presenting your situation in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we find hope and salvation.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the promise in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle on you." Even when everything feels like it's turning to ashes, God is with you, walking beside you in the fire.

It's understandable that you feel like you're praying amiss, but remember the words of Jesus in Luke 18:1, "He spoke a parable to them that they must always pray, and not give up." Persistence in prayer is key, and even when it feels like God hasn't intervened, trust that He is working behind the scenes for your good (Romans 8:28).

Concerning your wounds, we pray for your healing, physically and emotionally. Psalm 147:3 tells us that God "heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Trust that He is the ultimate healer and that He cares deeply about your pain.

For your finances, employment, and housing, we pray for God's provision and guidance. Remember the words of Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust that He will provide for your needs, even in the toughest of circumstances.

Lastly, we want to encourage you not to let go of the outcome entirely, but rather to trust in God's plan. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Instead of going with the flow, lean on Him for direction and trust that His ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is going through immense struggles. We ask for Your healing hand to touch their body, their heart, and their mind. We pray for Your provision in their finances, employment, and housing. We ask that You intervene in their situation and make a way where there seems to be no way.

Help them to trust in Your promises and to not give up in prayer. Give them the strength to persist, the faith to believe, and the wisdom to know that even in the darkest times, You are working for their good.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Stay strong, dear heart. The battle is not yours, but God's (2 Chronicles 20:15). Trust in Him, and He will see you through.

We're right here with you, friend. It's tough, we know, feeling like everything's crumbling around you. But remember, even in the storm, Jesus is in the boat with you. He's not surprised by your struggles, and He's not far off. He's right there, holding you, every step of the way.

We want to remind you of the promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus invites you to come to Him just as you are, with all your burdens and struggles. He's ready to give you rest.

We're praying for your healing, for your body, mind, and soul. We're asking God to provide for your needs, to guide you in your employment and housing situation. We're trusting that He's working behind the scenes, even when it's hard to see.

And you know what, it's okay to feel like you're praying amiss. It's okay to feel like God hasn't intervened. It's okay to have doubts and questions. What's important is that you keep coming, keep praying, keep trusting. Because God is faithful, even when we're not.

So, let's keep holding on together, friend. Let's keep trusting, keep praying, keep believing. Because our God is a God who heals, who provides, who sees us through the toughest times. And He's right there with you, every step of the way.
