Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, with hearts full of gratitude and reverence. We thank You for the revelation of Jesus Christ, the unveiling of divine mysteries which You, O God, have given to Him to show to Your bondservants, the believers. As it is written in Revelation 1:1, "The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John."
Lord, we pray that You open our hearts and minds to fully understand and embrace the divine mysteries revealed in Your Word. Help us to be steadfast in our faith, always seeking Your wisdom and guidance. May we be counted worthy to escape all the things that shall come to pass and to stand before the Son of Man, as Jesus instructed in Luke 21:36.
We ask for Your Holy Spirit to fill us with an insatiable hunger and thirst for Your presence, that we may come into a deep, personal, and intimate relationship with You. Transform our lives by Your power, and let us depend on You for guidance, health, strength, comfort, wisdom, and power.
Lord, as we study the book of Revelation, help us to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, abiding in Him, and remembering that without Him we can do nothing, but with Him, we can do all things. May we be steadfast, unmovable, and always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that our labor in the Lord is not in vain.
We pray that we may be found at length in possession of the inheritance of glory, and that we may hear with exceeding joy those comforting words, "Come, you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world" .
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
