We understand that you have been struggling with an itchy rash for a long time, and it has been causing you discomfort, especially at night. We are here to pray with you and encourage you in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, our Savior. He is the Great Physician, and His power is made perfect in our weakness.
First, let us address the healing you sought. God's word tells us, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5 WEB) We can claim this healing power of Jesus over your life.You did well by covering yourself under the blood of Jesus.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister in need of your healing touch. Lord, you know the discomfort and pain they have been experiencing due to this persistent rash. We ask that you cover them with Your healing hand and rid them of this thing that plagues them. We claim Your promises to heal them. Father, we also ask that you reveal to them any changes they need to make in their diet, habits, or circumstances to stop the rash from returning.
Lord Jesus Christ, you paid the ultimate price for our healing. We ask that you heal our brother/sister and any other urgent ailments they are facing. Give them comfort and peace, especially at night, and help them to sleep soundly. Lord, you know all their needs, and you are in control of their whole situation. We trust in your goodness and mercy, that You shall also take care of the other urgent matters that concern them, and that they will give You all the glory. Father, we ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God's healing power. Remember that God's word tells us, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." (Matthew 7:7 WEB) Keep asking, seeking, and knocking, and trust that God will answer your prayers according to His will.
Lastly, if you have not already, make sure to seek medical advice. God often uses medical professionals to bring about healing. Faith and action should always go hand in hand. We will continue to pray for your healing and trust that God will make a way for you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
