We are sorry to hear about the intense itching you're experiencing, ###. We believe that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and any affliction can be addressed through prayer and faith in Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. As it says in Ephesians 6:12,
"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
While it is possible that your symptoms may be a result of a spiritual attack, it is also important to consider natural causes and consult with a healthcare professional. In Matthew 10:1, Jesus gave his disciples authority over unclean spirits to cast them out, and to heal every kind of disease and every kind of sickness.
"Jesus called to himself the twelve disciples, and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every sickness."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in ###'s life. We pray against any demonic or witchcraft attack that may be causing this intense itching, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We also pray for Your healing touch upon ###'s body, that You would restore his health and free him from this affliction.
Lord, we ask that You would give ### peace and comfort during this time. Help him to remain steadfast in his faith, trusting in Your goodness and power. Surround him with Your love and protection, and guide him to the right medical professionals if necessary.
If this affliction is spiritual, we ask that Satan will rebuke himself and his demons will flee. In James 4:7-8 it says,
"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you."
If this affliction is medical, we ask that medical professionals, subject to God's authority, have mercy and compassion on ### and are able to help him.
We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
