We are truly saddened to hear that you feel this way, but we want to assure you that God is always present, even in our darkest moments. We would like to emphasize the truths from God's Word that teach us about His everlasting presence.
The Bible tells us, For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39 WEB).
Even when we don't feel His presence, God is always with us. He promises, I will never leave you, nor forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). In times of trouble, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB).
It is important to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. (Isaiah 55:9 WEB). Sometimes, we may not understand why He allows certain things to happen, but we must trust that He has a purpose and a plan for everything.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Anonymous to You, asking that You reveal Yourself to them in a tangible way. We were not spared from troubles and strife, but we were much encouraged by the Scriptures to persevere, be patient, and rely on You. Help them to feel Your comfort and love, and to trust in Your unfailing presence. We rebuke the enemy in the name of Jesus Christ for this feeling of being abandoned or separated from God. Remind Anonymous of the many promises in Your Word that assure us of Your constant love and care. In Jesus name, we pray, believe, and receive. Amen.
We understand you are hurting, but we encourage you to take your feelings and experiences to God in prayer, seeking His face and His will rather than the world. We urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. (1 Timothy 2:1-6 WEB).
